The American reality stars got engaged to each other on August 2016 after fours years of dating, and are set to wed next year not minding the show’s famous curse.
According to 33-year-old Janette, the Strictly curse which is thought to cause relationships to fall apart as dancers fall for their partners on the show has hardly entered their thoughts as they have moved ahead to plan their wedding for 2017.

The Strictly Come Dancing star while speaking with Hello! magazine noted “We don’t think about it much. What happens in relationships has nothing to do with Strictly.” It’s down to individuals if they want to do something, they will”.
She also revealed they will soon confirm their wedding venue, whilst compilation of guests list will soon take off.
Stating “As for my wedding dress, I haven’t even looked for one yet. I still don’t know what I want”.
She also revealed where they will be spending their Christmas holiday together “When Aljaž and I first met, we’d spend Christmas separately, with me in Miami and Aljaž at home in Slovenia. But we missed each other way too much. This year we’ll be putting on sandals and shorts to spend it with my family in Miami”.
On his part, visibly happy 26-year-old Aljaž agreed with every choice his better half has made, ranging from what she wears and her appearance.
