NBC Releases Premiere Dates for AGT, ‘World Of Dance’, ‘Saturday Night Live’s’, Others, View Full Schedule

NBC has set 2017 rolling by releasing summer schedule for both new and returning shows.
NBC summer shows is going to witness the evolvement of new shows like Jennifer Lopez’s “World of Dance,” the spinoff to Steve Harvey’s “Little Big Shots”, among others.

While the schedule for returning NBC summer shows like America’s Got Talent” but with a new host- Tyra Banks, and the new seasons of “The Carmichael Show,” “The Night Shift”, among others were not left out.

* “World of Dance,” Monday, May 8, 10 p.m.
Broadcast’s newest dance competition series comes from executive producer Jennifer Lopez, who will serve as judge alongside NE-YO and Derek Hough. “Step Up” dancer and actress Jenna Dewan Tatum hosts the reality show that’s produced in partnership with global dance brand World of Dance and will result in a $1 million prize for the winner. After its post-“Voice” debut on May 8, the show will move to its regular Tuesday 10 p.m. time slot beginning on May 30.
*“America’s Got Talent,” Tuesday, May 30, 8 p.m.
This NBC Summer’s top reality competition is back — and with a new host. Tyra Banks replaces Nick Cannon on “AGT,” which welcomes back judges Simon Cowell, Mel B., Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel. Last season marked the highest-rated in years with pint-sized singer Grace VanderWaal winning.
* “The Carmichael Show,” Wednesday, May 31, 9 p.m.
Among the NBC summer shows is “The Carmichael Show.” The family sitcom from comedian Jerrod Carmichael returns with its third season. Inspired by his life, Carmichael stars alongside David Alan Grier, Loretta Devine, Amber Stevens West, Lil Rey Howery, and Tiffany Haddish, in the multi-cam that received critical praise.
*“American Ninja Warrior,” Monday, June 12, 8 p.m.
Season 6 brings back host Matt Iseman, along with Akbar Gbajabiamila, and co-host Kristine Leahy. The competition series of high-intensity obstacle courses will head to L.A., San Antonio, Daytona Beach, Kansas City, Cleveland, Denver ,and Las Vegas this season.
*“Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge,” Monday, June 12, 10 p.m.
This team competition series is inspired by Spartan Race, the creators of the world’s most demanding obstacle course races. Groups of friends, families, co-workers, and more will compete on demanding courses for a prize of $250,000.
*“Little Big Shots: Forever Young,” Wednesday, June 21, 8 p.m.
Bouncing off of the mega-success of the flagship kids’ competition “Little Big Shots,” the Steve Harvey-hosted talent show is back, but this time with elderly contestants.
*“The Wall,” Thursday, June 22, 8 p.m.
Hosted by Chris Hardwick, “The Wall” from executive producer LeBron James has more than $12 million on the line every night. Debuting this winter, the show became the second-biggest new alternative broadcast series, just behind “Little Big Shots.”
““The Night Shift,” Thursday, June 22, 9 p.m.
The medical drama returns for Season 4. Set at San Antonio Memorial Hospital, the fast-paced series follows the doctors, nurses and medical staff, played by the ensemble cast of Eoin Macken, Jill Flint, Brendan Fehr, Robert Bailey Jr., JR Lemon, Tanaya Beatty, and Scott Wolf.
*“Midnight, Texas,” Tuesday, July 25, 10 p.m.
This is One of new NBC summer shows for the 2016-2017 season, and it is based on the book series from “True Blood” author Charlaine Harris. The cast includes François Arnaud, Dylan Bruce, Parisa Fitz-Henley, Arielle Kebbel, Jason Lewis, Peter Mensah, Sarah Ramos, and Yul Vazquez.
*“Hollywood Game Night,” Monday, August 7, 10 p.m.
Hosted by “Glee” star Jane Lynch, this game night show brings regular people face-to-face with celebrities. This season, famous contestants include Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, and Justin Hartley from “This Is Us,” Ben Feldman from “Superstore,” plus Michael Bolton, NE-YO, Natalie Morales, Mike Colter, Margaret Cho, Gabby Douglas, Taye Diggs, and RuPaul.
*“Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update,” Thursday, August 10, 9 p.m.
Among the NBC summer shows is “Saturday Night Live”. The prime time with a four-episode order for a “Weekend Update” show, featuring anchors Colin Jost and Michael Che. Additional “SNL” members will also make appearances.
*“Marlon,” Wednesday, August 16, 9 p.m.
Loosely inspired by the real life of Marlon Wayans, this family sitcom centers on a loving, but inappropriate, father committed to co-parenting his two kids with his very-together ex-wife. While his misguided fatherly advice, unstoppable larger-than-life personality, and unpredictable Internet superstardom might get in the way sometimes, the Marlon family really always does come first, even if he’s the biggest kid of all.
