It’s unfortunate to learn that The New Celebrity Apprentice has been removed from it’s prime-time TV spot.
New Apprentice Celebrity host Arnold Schwarzenegger has just lost his prime-time spot on TV3.
Unfortunately, the show has lost its 7:30pm time-slot and will be moving to Saturday afternoons.
According to MediaWorks spokesperson who spoke on the change, he revealed that the reality game show didn’t meet their expected performance hence, the network has to move it to Saturday’s at 4pm
“Unfortunately, The New Celebrity Apprentice has not meet our performance expectations in it’s original time-slot. Fans can watch it weekly on Saturday’s at 4pm and catch-up on 3NOW.” he stated
As annoying as the situation may be, more unfortunate were the criticisms host Arnold Schwarzenegger has been facing in the hands of the show’s former host and the President of United State Donald Trump.
Trump had earlier criticized the show for what he described as poor rating upon it’s debut this year.
And According to TMZ, Trump scored a rating of around 18 in the show’s first season, and Schwarzenegger’s version came in at a 4.9. However, the website also points out Trump’s version took a big fall his last two seasons, scoring right around a 6.
We had earlier reported that After The New Celebrity Apprentice premiered, the US president Donald Trump took to his Twitter handle to insult Celebrity host Arnold Schwarzenegger over rating.
He tweeted “Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got “swamped” (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT,” Trump wrote. “So much for being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary.”
Trump’s tweet generated a lot of negative reactions that some people suggested that Trump’s Twitter account @realDonaldTrump should now be handled by a professional since he is now a president.
But for Celebrity host Arnold Schwarzenegger, he didn’t take the diss lightly and he took to his own Twitter handle @Schwarzenegger to reply Trump.
He fired back at Donald Trump, telling him he had many things to worry about.
Celebrity host Arnold Schwarzenegger went ahead to tell him “I wish you the best of luck and I hope you’ll work for ALL of the American people as aggressively as you worked for your ratings,”
He added that “There’s nothing more important than the people’s work.”
“In other words, quit skipping your intelligence briefings”.
Meanwhile, Celebrity host Anorld Schwarzenegger in a recent short video suggested to Trump that they switch jobs.
